🚶 Is your accommodation barrier-free?

• Strandloft Cuxhaven: Not barrier-free (1st floor, stairs)
• Holiday home Lieblingsplatz: Not barrier-free (even the ground floor is not step-free)
• Holiday home Ankerplatz: Barrier-free on the ground floor – walk-in shower, no steps, door width 86 cm, access from the parking lot without steps

🕒 Arrival and departure

• Arrival in Cuxhaven: from 2:00 p.m.
• Arrival in Odisheim: from 3:00 PM
• Arrival in Ihlienworth: from 4:00 p.m.
• Departure in all properties: until 10:00 a.m.

🐾 Are dogs allowed?

• Yes, dogs are welcome in all accommodations In the Strandloft (2 dogs) dogs must be kept on a leash on the property In the Lieblingsplatz and Ankerplatz (10 dogs) dogs are allowed to move freely in the fenced garden Please bring blankets to cover the furniture

🧶 Are there facilities for children?

• Anchorage: Three baby cots, two changing tables, child toilet seats, high chairs, play equipment in the garden (swing, slide, sandpit), heat lamp in the bathroom
• Favorite place: Baby cot, changing table with heat lamp, toilet seats, high chairs, slide and sandpit in the garden
• Strandloft: No special children's equipment – high chair and travel cot available on request

📶 Is there Wi-Fi?

• Yes, free Wi-Fi is available in all accommodations. The access data can be found on site and in the online guest folder.

💼 Is there parking?

• Strandloft: Parking spaces directly in front of the house Favorite spot: 4 parking spaces directly on the property including a carport Anchorage: Three parking spaces behind a small bridge on a gravel and paved area

🚤 How does the journey work?

• I will personally welcome you on site, explain everything important and am available if you have any questions. A key safe is available for late arrivals or in my absence.

⚠️ Are parties allowed?

• No, parties and events are not allowed in any accommodation

❌ Is smoking allowed?

• Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas. Ashtrays are available outside.

🌟 What should I keep in mind when leaving?

• Please leave the accommodation swept clean, dishes washed, garbage separated, refrigerator empty, dog excrement removed from the property

💰 Deposit / Final payment

• 30% deposit within 7 days of booking confirmation
• Final payment no later than 4 weeks before arrival

🧺 Bed linen & towels

• Linen package (bath towel, 2 hand towels, bed linen): 18 € / person
• Bed linen only: 10 € / person
• Towels only: 8 € / person

🧽 Final cleaning

• Included in the price of the first night
• Cuxhaven: 55 € / Odisheim: 120 € / Ihlienworth: 150 €

🌊 Distances to the sea/Elbe beach

• Cuxhaven: 500 m to the sea
• Ihlienworth: approx. 30 km to Cuxhaven, approx. 13 km to the Elbe beach Otterndorf
• Odisheim: approx. 36 km to Cuxhaven, approx. 18 km to the Elbe beach Otterndorf

🧂 Basic equipment

• 2 fresh tea towels and 3 dishwasher tablets upon arrival
• Basic spice supply in all three properties

🚪 Property & Fences

• Both houses completely fenced (1.80 m high Ihlienworth, 3 sides 1.80 m, 1 side beech hedge 4 m and behind one side with beech hedge approx. 1.00 m high chain link fence

🐶 Dogs

• Welcome!
• Please agree on the number and size of the dogs beforehand
• Please bring a blanket to cover the furniture

🔥 Firewood

• Can be brought along or purchased locally (e.g. at a hardware store)

👶 Cot & Equipment

• Cuxhaven: free cot with mattress on request
• Odisheim & Ihlienworth: Children's beds available
• Please state the desired duvet size

🏷️ Tourist tax

• Only payable in Cuxhaven: 4.10 €/day (high season), 3.30 €/day (low season), from 16 years
• I create the spa cards, please provide all names before arrival

⚡ Additional costs

• Only in Odisheim & Ihlienworth: Electricity and gas according to consumption, at cost price
• Calculation basis: monthly basic fee / 31 days kWh, gas is measured in m³ and multiplied by 10 to convert to kWh
• Water, garbage & final cleaning included

🚭 Smoking

• All accommodations are non-smoking
• Smoking is only permitted on the terrace – ashtrays are available

🧻 Toilet paper

• At least one roll of toilet paper is provided upon arrival, but usually enough for a 1-week stay

🧼 Do laundry

• Odisheim & Ihlienworth: Washing machines available in the bathrooms
• Cuxhaven: Coin-operated washing machines and dryers
• Clothes rack or rotary clothes dryer available

📶 WLAN

• Available free of charge in all accommodations

🚫 Electricity usage & devices

• The use of fan heaters and mobile air conditioning units is not permitted in the Strandloft Cuxhaven
